Review Summary

Onepark is described as easy to use, with a smooth booking process and clear navigation. Customers mention quick changes to reservations, a simple cancellation policy, and a service that feels well organised and hassle free.

The website is often called user friendly, with parking choices easy to find on the map and the cost seen as reasonable. Some reviews also note useful extras such as a partner discount, a good shuttle service, and a convenient location near the marina or airport. A few customers were less satisfied because the check in and check out hours were not clear, the 3D security payment did not work, and the date and time format was shown in a way that did not suit them.

Good experience - Recommand to reserve online rather than paying once in the parking. The prices are very different.

Have booked a parking garage in Paris for 3 days - however needed to buy an extra ticket after a short leave for charging my car outside the parking garage. - Haven’t seen the "Multiple Entrances and Exits"-check-box during the booking process. - I think the option - and actually the information that you cannot drive in and out multiple times -MUST be more highlighted because it is absolutely important for such a stay in a foreign city. - Would definitely have used it if I‘d seen it. So overall I‘m not happy with my first Onepark-experience. By the way: during my second holiday-stay in Lyon it has been no problem to enter and exit multiple times without any additional add-on-booking.

Nice clean carpark in Paris. I reserved a spot for 24h to spend the night in the city. Not cheap, but its good to have a safe and secure spot in a busy city (traveling with lots of luggage and a roofbox). The app told me the parking would recognize my license plate, but instead I needed to call the help-desk. This was a bit inconvenient. Some spots were also very small and narrow, but when I drove a level down the spots were much better!
