Verified reviewI ordered April 30th around 3:00pm France time. Enough time for the order to have been seen and registered by Nose and have at least been started the preparing to order. May 2 around 3:00pm, I sent an email asking them what was the status of my order. I then asked since they hadn’t processed the order yet I asked for more samples to be included in my order. They did not respond to my email. All of a sudden, miraculously I receive an email stating order has shipped. At this time may 3rd 1:00pm the order hasn’t moved. My guess is that they printed out the DHL label just to shut me up from asking. So don’t believe their DHL shipping 2 days. The DHL part may be correct but their packing time isn’t good at all. With no communication.

Additionally, no carriers — including DHL — collect or process parcels over the weekend. This means the earliest possible dispatch was Monday, May 4th, which is when your order shipped. Regarding your email and the request for additional samples, we understand your frustration at not receiving a reply, and we acknowledge that communication on our end could have been better on this occasion. We want to assure you that the DHL label was generated when your order genuinely shipped — not to give the impression of movement before it occurred. Wonderful news but it still doesn’t respect the fact that I ordered on Wednesday and they didn’t ship until today. That means they didn’t ship Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning or Thursday afternoon. Or Saturday morning or Saturday afternoon. Then it also doesn’t explain the fact that they never communicated with me up until this morning or really their Monday afternoon. So my review still stands with what it says.
