All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified review

Verified reviewYour online web page stated that your price and shipping charges included customs clearance, but later I was charged an additional 6,000 THB ($170 USD) by UPS. I am not happy about this.
Reply from Motostorm.it
Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Motostrom does not state that these extra costs are included in the shipping fee charged when placing your order.

Verified reviewThe item I ordered was listed available on the website but that was false. I would not have placed the order if the item wasn’t available because I needed it right away. It took weeks to get my order because they had to request it from the manufacturer. Motostorm would never tell me when It would be shipped. I don’t recommend purchasing from this site.
Reply from Motostorm.it
Hello, when placing the order you could see that the item was not in stock and that we had to order it to the manufacturer, I'm sorry they had one week delay. We always do our best to inform our customers.
