All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

We are sorry for your experience in Motostorm. Shipment of your order was programmed for Thursday September the 2nd and we informed you that we would not be able to finalize shipment that day but on Monday the 5th - 3 days later with a weekend in the middle - as there was a slight delay in arrival of one of the ordered items.

Verified reviewInternational customer from Canada. Very good communication service with motostorm, email replies in less than 48 hrs. Product shipped and at my door in less than 5 days. Would have given 5 stars but processing time took 2 weeks because of shutdown at suppliers. Not totally their fault but I expected 1 week processing time for a product listed as in stock.
