All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewThe carrier, UPS, didn't understand Japanese addresses and caused me very much confusion. They claimed my address was a post office box. It is not. It's a physical address in Japan. Yamato Express had no problem with it once they received the package from UPS. So much wasted time trying to contact people to fix a proble that doesn't exist. I'm very dissapointed with them.
