J’ai du payer 31.10 de frais de douane 25 euro pour renvoyer le colis depuis la France car votre magasin refuse de communiquer son numéro de TVA pour renvoyer le produit en Italie. UPS n’as pas pu faire la prise en charge et j’ai renvoyé le colis à mes frais depuis la France car on n’as pas voulu me donner un numéro gratuit de retour alors qu’il est bien inscrit que c’est gratuit sur votre site depuis la France. Service médiocre et plus que déçu entre les frais de douane et le retour cela me coûte aussi cher que la pièce cela s’appelle du vol.

Bonjour, pour l'expédition hors Union Européenne, nous rappelons l'éventualité de frais de douane à payer à la livraison, sur notre section paiement , et dans la confirmation de commande envoyé au client. La procédure des retours est activée selon le pays où le colis a été expédié. Si le colis est expédié en France, alors le retour du colis qui a été expédié en France est gratuit. Si le colis est expédié en Suisse, alors le retour du colis qui a été expédié en Suisse est à la charge du client. Lorsque vous faites la demande de retour sur notre site en accédant à votre compte, vous recevez les instructions correctes pour le retour de votre achat. les produits retournés doivent etre neufs et encore avec emballage d'origine.
