All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewEverything is fine! I ordered Akrapovic full exhaust system for my Suzuki GSX-8S, order was made 9-10-2023, at the bottom portion of listed item was notification that shipping process takes around 15 days, and exactly 9-26-2023 my order was shipped. After 3 days I got my package here in the US. I would recommend this shop to my closest friends.

Verified reviewMy order was to send in Thailand. Not your fault but I paid more duty than the price of the article. Again, not your responsibility but I don’t think I will order again.

Verified reviewIn 2023 you expect to have the invoice downloadable from the user account, as everything is digital. Let's say your website is not up to date, but then, when a client asks for the invoice to be sent by email, AT LEAST do that. Super disappointed. There are tones of other moto online shops to buy from.

Verified reviewI searched over a dozen online vendors here in the US and nobody had a size large Leatt chest protector. The only way you can get one was to order the entire upper body suit which came as a set. I was hesitant to place an international order but Motostorm had the product in stock and shipped it within less than a week. The shopping experience and shipping times were outstanding and I would definitely purcahse from them again no problem.
