All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewProducts are awsome , can’t get any better than that. Pricing is better with coupons. However, we still have to pay import tax in the States Shipping is decent, some days it’s fast some days it happens to floating on the ocean for extra few days. Still arrived. Sometimes they are out of stock and forgetting to send you a notification so you will have to wait for week or two.

Verified reviewThere should have been more information regarding the surcharge to be paid to get the item delivered. It came as quite a surprise. The amount should have been made clear at point if order

Verified reviewI haven’t received my order until now. This can’t be real. Definitely a nightmare that it needs to take 2 weeks to prepare my order to get ship. Please do better than this.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. The order was shipped on the same day as it was planned to be. Motostorm provides an estimated shipping date which can be consulted in your mymotostrom account. I can see that you have recived your goods two days ago.
