17/04 Order sent and information from internet is delivery in 7 days. 14/05 : Question from me to know where is my order ? 16/05 : Resent and email: where is my order ? 17/05 : From motostorm: some problem of delivery, possibility expedition 6/06 or possible to back money. I said Ok I'm waiting. 11/06: Email from me: Where is my order. 12/06: Answer from you : Sorry new delivery 19/06 or money back ... !!! Reception 26/06 So there is 12 weeks to receive my order and initial 1 week. . !!! Normal I was not happy about the delivery. You job is to inform the custumer when there an important delate, it's not the custumer to send mail to know where is my order. You have to follow the order. Thanks Rémi Vernier

Verified reviewItem had 30 days delivery, 7 weeks later it’s still not here. No one answers emails, after sending 3 i called to get a hold of someone and was told they read my messages asking about order update but didn’t know what to answer so they just ignored it. Terrible experience so far. Finally item is on the way at least.

Verified review30.04.2024 Payment for the order was done. Goods was marked as available from stock, that's mean it is necessary processing and shipment time. Later I was informed, that delivery is planned to 6th of June. In the meadle of June goods were not delivered jet, and I requested refund. But in 20th of June goods were shipped and not delivered since now.

We did not predict such a long waiting time and we apologize for that. The last delivery date indicated June 19th and we were able to ship one day later, on June 20th. I sent an email asking why the delivery time was so long and got a reply the next day explaining the item wasn’t in stock. Would shop here again.
