All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewAs I understand, this company ships from Italy and I´m in Mexico. It didn´t took much. The product feels great. I haven´t pedal much, just went downhill, but it feels comfortable and makes me feel safer at my age (50).

Verified reviewThis was my first purchasing experience. First of all, the shipping was very fast, and the transportation from Italy to Japan was also incredibly quick, taking only 75 hours from order to delivery. I used the support email regarding the shipping address, and their response and handling were prompt, so I had no worries at all.

Verified reviewBefore I start let me say I have only left negative feedback because of the extra costs I was not expecting. The delivery, communication and product were excellent. I have been charged nearly £60 for import charges that were not made clear to me at the time of purchase. This has been a lesson in reading the small print.
Reply from Motostorm.it
We thank you for your feedback and are sorry if the import charges have come to a surprise to you. Since Brexit an item shipped from EU to UK is VAT free, but once the package arrives in the UK the British customs may be asking the recipient to pay for import taxes, based on the applicable import laws in the country. There is a reminder of this on our website under payments policy page, but also in the cart prior to checking out, written in red. Also the order confirmation sent by email after placing the order indicates it.
