All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewAs far as the website and the ordering process was pretty good and solid. But it when it came to getting my product, that's the different story. I get it I'm over here in the U.S BUT I RECEIVED ITEMS FROM CHINA USING ALIEXPRESS AND A FEW WEEKS COMPARED TO ONE MONTH ON THIS SITE.

we thank you for your feedback and are very sorry for the exceptionnally long lead time. the item you had ordered was indicated as shipping in 7 working days on our website, because we had to order the item at the brand. unfortunately they have had an unexpected delay and we have received the item 7 days later. we have shipped same day as we have received the item, using priority in order to shorten as much as possible the transit time. we apologize for the inconvenience.

Verified reviewGreat folks to deal with, top box came well packaged and had all the parts with it, if I had a complaint it would be the shipping time, took nearly 3 weeks to receive but it did come along way, thanks, will do business here again.
