All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewYour shipping company is very bad, and this is what prevents me from dealing with you in the future. I requested that my product be delivered to the post office, but the company refuses to deliver it to the postal address.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. Our apologies. The shipper does not deliver to postal offices for security reasons. It is most important that the goods are delicvered directly to the reciever. If you are still interested in a futher purchases with Motostorm just ask for a different shipper in the notes section at checkout.

Verified reviewI am very impressed with how fast the item was delivered from date of order (3 days) & the quality fit of the jacket is good. Only thing I'd have to mention on the negative side is my invoice being placed on the outside of the box with the mailing info for anyone to see what item is in the box & how much I paid for it. Otherwise, I'd absolutely purchase again.
