All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewGreat prices. Poor communications. Ordered tank bag on Aug 31st, auto-generated order confirmation received with ship date of Sept 12th. Ship date came and went with no further updates, I inquired three times asking for any info, no response. Finally, they notified of new ship date: Sept 20th. Once shipped it arrived quickly. Would I buy from them again? Maybe, but the lack of responses to direct inquiries scares me a little. A little after my initial order I emailed them about a helmet I also wanted to buy. I received no response and its been over three weeks. I purchased elsewhere.
