All items arrived well packaged and in good condition exactly as described. Great service - even organised to add a couple of small items to order after they began packing original order! This is the third time purchasing from Motostorm.it to ship to Australia and will be sure to buy again next time.

Verified reviewI purchased a HJC Rpha 1 Garrett Gerloff Replica and the price was hundreds lower than any store in the United States. Helmet arrived in about 2 weeks and was well worth the wait. Some people are saying their helmet only had a clear visor, but mine also had a dark smoke visor in the box. I ordered the size according to size chart and it fits snug as it should.

It hasn't been shipped at all. I placed two orders and the first one is still stuck. I don't know why. What's really going on?

Verified reviewOrdered an intermediate section of exhaust pipe for my 2024 HD Pan America , replacing the factory muffler and pre-muffler with an Arrow muffler. The end of this intermediate section that is designed to fit over the factor catalytic exhaust header end is almost 2 1/4 inch ID. The OEM Exhaust header end is 2 1/2 inch OD. This new intermediate section will not fit. This part on Motostorm is listed to fit 2021 Pan Americas thru 2024 Pan Americas. So not very happy.

Not allot you can do really. Shipping it back will costs more than it is worth, and after doing some additional research this is the only intermediate pipe that Arrow makes for the Pan America. When I checked on the Arrow web site, very confusing, one written line has the attention symbol and says that all their components for the Pan America are interchangeable. Then the very next line with and attention symbol, states that some parts diameters may be different. I did contact their customer service about this and I received no response at all. Tim Bailey

Verified reviewAfter a lot of research I decided to make a test purchase for a part I wanted for my bike because I couldn't resist the great price. Not only was it legit, but the shipping from Italy to Northern California only took a few days. I'm super impressed. Cheap, fast shipping, and great tracking. You'll be seeing more of my business! Thank you!

Verified reviewThis is a repeat shopper. This time round, I made quite a large order due to Black Friday sales. Navigation was relatively straight forward. Email queries were responded in due time. It would be better if a response takes no longer than 48 hrs. Shopping and payment were easy. Shipment arrived after receiving tracking info. Repeated purchase from Motostorm. 2 weeks were in all from purchasing online to receiving the products in South East Asia. Would recommend anyone to shop at Motostorm.
