Verified reviewApart from the fact I spent £300 on a jacket paid £16 for only to be charged a further £70 from fed ex for customs I will never order again from this site I should of tried to find the item in the uk

In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our customers aboutt his on our website and also at checkout before the order is confirmed.

To be honest the customer service I received was diabolical the lady i spoke with was rude and very un empathetic towards me I have now returned the jacket and I will never order from this site or company again I hope there is no stress getting my refund back again I will not refer anyone to this site and I certainly will take my money and custom elsewhere the service was so bad and the fact I've spent £70 to receive then a further £65 to return is so bad
