Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. We regret that your order was delivered late. There was some confusion with the transport company. We will discuss the issue in more detail with our logistics department and with our carriers. We have refunded your shipping costs. We would also like to offer you a voucher of 10 Euros for your next order. We apologise for the inconvenience. Yours sincerely, The Mister Auto Team
