Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

Unbeatable price, so well packaged, it was a car battery and it was packaged so that it can only be carried upright as it had a handle on the top, never seen such intricate packaging before to top marks guys, thank you so much, saved me a fortune! My new auto shop for everything.
