Review Summary

Mister-Auto is often described as easy to use, with quick ordering, good prices and fast delivery. Some customers also liked being able to return items if they were incorrect, while a few found the new site laggy and slow, or had trouble finding the right part.

Reviews mention a good selection of spare parts, correct parts delivered, safe packaging and generally good value. Delivery is usually praised, although some customers report expensive shipping, delays, bad handling of Irish postal codes and problems with DPD leaving parcels poorly delivered. Searching for certain items can also be difficult, and one customer found phone support hard to reach.

It was my understanding that if my part was late as advertised I get refunded. I had to incur garage and labour costs because of this delay and I payed extra for guaranteed delivery date I was very disappointed and had plans to use Mr Auto as my main vendor I will look for a different more honest vendor. The part I got was correct so 3 stars for that.
