Verified reviewI paid for express delivery and the item I ordered only had part of my complete address printed . the parcel delivery company couldn't deliver on time and had to contact me for more information.i therefore could not repair the customers car on time costing me both money and reputation.i will not be using this company again.

Verified reviewI like mister auto's delivery cost which are reasonably priced. The price of the parts were good too. Their web site could be a bit better. For example I struggled to see the breakdown of my order once it was submitted. I clicked on the order ID hyperlink but could not see the details. Another negative point is the size of their picture. It can be way too small at times, so hard to see the description of the product, very useful, especially that the description is not sufficient at times (for example DOT4 PLUS was not documented on the description, so only the picture could help
