We will provide you with a full refund process which will be covered by our team with a prepaid pair of documents. A return slip for your order has been created. You can access it by logging in to your account on the Mister-Auto website, then clicking on the ‘My returns’ section to print the label. Before you send the return parcel, we would ask you to take a photo of the product and of the parcel itself in case the return is damaged to our warehouse. The return label needs to be put inside the box and the prepaid shipping label needs to be stuck on the outside of the box of your order. You can then go to the closest Post Office and leave the package there for DHL who will return the order back to us. To ensure your return is processed correctly please adhere to the following procedures: 1. All parts must be returned in their original packaging undamaged and unmarked. 2. To minimize damage during transportation all items must be placed in an additional larger outer box. Please also make sure that any heavy items are secured within the box so they cannot damage lighter ones or get scratched in transit. It is important to note that once a return slip has been created, the return must be sent back to us within 15 days. Once the parcel has been received by our after sales service, we will proceed with your refund within 14 working days. The money will be reimbursed back to the account you have paid with.
