Verified reviewI have ordered brake hose for rear caliper passenger side and I got the part for driver side. I contacted customer service and was told I will get full refund because it's not my fault. So I ordered the correct part and paid for courier again. They gave me a refund but charged me a shipping and return courier cost for sending me a wrong part which was clearly Mister auto fault. Rip off. Never order again.

Verified reviewI ordered a window regulator for the driver side in Ireland and nowhere it says it’s for Germany driver side which means left , so I had to order the other part which took double as long as the previous to even get shipped even though I paid extra for the delivery and preparation. Very disappointed

Don’t say 48 hour delivery and not Make ot happen I have also paid numerous times for fast delivery and still got it late

I have had no problems, and recently even had a battery delivered. Make sure the product you are ordering is suitable for your model of car. Check the OEM number against the OEM numbers supplied where possible, and pay attention to any other information supplied on the site regarding part suitability.
