Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyI was a little disappointed with the earrings. I thought they looked great on the photo, but I found it hard to keep them on my ear as they kept sliding down and one of them was slightly bent so it wouldn’t sit flat. I was reluctant to reshape it as it is so thin, I thought it would snap. Sadly they have not been worn since :(

Review collected by a third partyI ordered this bracelet with yourselves last minute as a large London department store let me down and didn’t deliver the gift despite repeatedly telling me they would. You delivered it with two days of me ordering it (from New Zealand no less) and my niece who was celebrating her 18th (isolating with COVID) absolutely loved it! Thank you! Your website and customer service made this process so stress free!

Review collected by a third partyQuick acknowledgement and turnaround time for the item including delivery. Item is very delicate and very well presented. Bought as a gift so cannot comment on item quality through wear.

Review collected by a third partyThe quality of the silver keyring and charms is wonderful. I love it. Its elegance and simplicity make it beautiful plus it's so nice to have my children's names engraved as it makes it so personal. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was super fast - thank you.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered a mini heart on an elastic bracelet, child size. The heart was much smaller than I had thought possible and there is no way the bracelet does up on a baby let alone a child. It also doesn’t stretch that much either. I have had to buy a new bracelet from somewhere else and if the heart hadn’t been engraved I would have sent it back. The price for something that small was ridiculously high.

Review collected by a third partyI was pretty underwhelmed when the bangle arrived. It was extremely thin and bent out of shape which is a shame as online it looked really lovely.
