Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyThe delivery info was incorrect, I couldn’t track my package. I have contacted the helpline but didn’t receive any response. However the package arrived shortly after so overall it was okey. The product itself is beautiful and I have no questions about the quality.

Review collected by a third partyI love love love my mercimaman necklace. I have my husband and children's names on one side, and a sentence on the other with a pink stone. The texture of the pendant is so pleasing, the chain is beautiful with its subtle studs. I could not be more delighted with it. Thank you MerciMaman! xx
