Great website, easy to navigate, and my order arrived in just three working days to Bulgaria — incredibly fast! Customer service was excellent: I forgot to use my first-purchase discount code, and they immediately refunded the amount to my bank account.

Review collected by a third partyWe purchased a bracelet as a birthday gift, and while the bracelet itself looked lovely, the delivery experience was incredibly disappointing. We paid £15 for a next-day delivery to ensure it arrived on time, but instead it took over two and a half weeks to arrive—well past the birthday. The sole reason for paying the extra delivery fee was to make sure it would be there in time for the celebration, which clearly didn’t happen. Very let down by the service and would think twice before ordering again.

Review collected by a third partyVery beautiful neckless with the gravings. The chain is rather thin so it would have been appriciated to have the posebility to chose thickness and also length. Otherwise we loved it and the gifttaker as well <3
