Verified reviewI bought one as a present it came broken, had to resend the broken product wait a week for them to check and mistakenly they refunded the item, but then customer service was quite helpful with replacing the item but a part of it came broken again. This time it wasn’t the main machine so I didn’t complain but I should be given a product not broken that I paid for. I know it’s a great product as I have one but they need to work on the packaging.

Verified reviewVery easy to order from Magimix and delivery was fast. Only problem incurred was using a laptop to place the order - the information on the screen jumps as there is a header and the information below moves behind the header so it is difficult to keep track of what has been typed.
