The site is well presented and the company communicates swiftly and clearly about delivery. My complaint is about the accuracy of information on one of the items ordered. which I turned out to be flimsy and light-weight, certainly not worth the price.

Verified reviewsite was not hard to get round, constantly communicating with customer services and they were helpful. although site says item was 40 inches big, when you get her she is deceptively small, however she is beautifully put together and feels wonderful, she is lovely to look at.

Verified reviewExcellent communication. I was kept well informed of the process of the delivery. Delivery was as promised. The package was very well sealed. I was pleasantly surprised to find the doll was in a nice zip bag. Very pleased with the doll, a lot better than some that cost more. Thanks very much.

Verified reviewEasy to navigate site, found what i was looking for. Like that the products have all the specifications listed. Product was shipped and arrived as expected. Its always worrying ordering from a site, particularly one not based in your country but i found the whole process without fault. Will shop here again in the future.
