The site is well presented and the company communicates swiftly and clearly about delivery. My complaint is about the accuracy of information on one of the items ordered. which I turned out to be flimsy and light-weight, certainly not worth the price.

Verified reviewHave not received my order due to DPD being unsatisfactory with delivery services. Being in the UK, deliveries are from France so expect long delays if DPD mess up. however, customer service is exceptional as I had quick responses through email with support from the team. If you are in the UK, I advise choosing FED EX for deliveries

At Love and Vibes, we want to ensure that every customer receives a fully functional item, and we're here to help resolve this situation as smoothly as possible. In the event of a faulty product, we kindly ask for a video demonstration of the issue. This helps us accurately assess the problem and offer the best possible solution. Once we receive your video and can act that the product doesn't work, we can provide you with two options: A replacement of the same product, with all transport costs covered by us. A voucher for the full value of your product, which you can use anywhere on our site with no minimum purchase required. Please don’t hesitate to send us the requested video at your earliest convenience so we can move forward with a resolution. If you have any further questions, I remain at your disposal. Wishing you an excellent day. Laura Customer Service Manager LOVE AND VIBES

Thankyou for your response but we threw item in dustbin in anger and dustbin was emptied yesterday. To be fair a video would not show fault. It would just not charge up/run. So thanks for the offer anyway
