Verified reviewI ordered this jacket online and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the quality of the leather in the jacket was amazing really nice the jacket did fit but extremely tight I normally take an L-XL so I decided to get a XXL so the jacket would be comfortable but it wasn't so beware when purchasing i had to send it back i paid €209.00 with P P which i thought was good value but I got a refund of €189.00 so I lost money sending it back but as far as the jacket goes it was a beautiful piece for anybody wardrobe i did see other jackets on there website I would like to purchase but I would be careful about ordering for fit , style and size

Verified reviewThis has been an absolutely terrible experience. I still have not received my order, yet the store sent me an email asking me to rate the product and claiming that my order had been delivered. This is completely unacceptable and feels almost insulting. I already contacted customer service about the missing order, but I received no meaningful reply or solution. Instead of investigating the problem and helping a paying customer, the store acted as if everything had been completed and asked me to review an item I do not even have. The communication has been careless, the customer service has been disappointing, and the entire ordering process has turned into a nightmare. I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Do not ask customers to rate an experience when you have failed to deliver the order or respond to their support request.
