Been charged twice for one order.Spoke to customer service and was told that only 1 order had been processed from there end. Spoke to MBNA and had to raise a dispute for the duplicate order.

Quality products Order delivered a week after ordered and account debited over two weeks later which is a bit slow. Sure Lacoste could improve on that part.
