Verified reviewI always love Lacoste products. However, this is one of the worst delivery experiences I have had with online shopping. I placed the order and heard nothing for 10 days. I chased up by calling Lacoste and they told me it would be dispatched soon. DPD then sent me an email saying the order was delayed. Finally arrive over two weeks later. Lack of communication.

Verified reviewI had a very disappointing experience with the Lacoste Westfield London store. I visited the store on 18 June 2026 to buy a T-shirt in size 36. The only size available in store was size 40, so a member of staff offered to order size 36 online for home delivery. I clearly confirmed several times that I wanted size 36 before placing the order. When the parcel arrived, I was surprised to find that they had ordered size 40 instead. This was entirely the store’s mistake, not mine. I contacted customer service by email, expecting them to offer a reasonable solution. Instead, I was simply told to return to the store or send it back for an exchange. I had already explained that travelling back to Westfield is not convenient for me, especially since the error was made by the store. Mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of ownership and customer care. I expected a premium brand like Lacoste to take responsibility for its own error and provide a more customer-friendly solution. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of service I expected from Lacoste.
