The stores are OK. The online shopping experience is just horrible. Delivery is hit and miss using the cheapest courier who just doesn’t bother. The return process and calling customer care is just terrible. I see a lot of ads on social media but if I see something I like I will sometimes find it in store just to avoid shopping with you online.
