I have sent two emails before my order to the customer service and I did not have any respond. Once I receive the pair of shoes, the colour of the shoe was different from the pictures on the site. There was an error on the site, the description was different from the pictures on the site. As I can see now from the site, the company corrected the colour in the pictures.

Everything went very well, but unfortunately the shipping link didn't work so I had no idea where jacket was until it arrived, and with it travelling half way around the world, it would have been better to be kept more informed (better tracking)

I was pleased with the service and shipping time. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because I had ordered and paid for 2 items and was then notified that only 1 item was available.
