Bad sales experience. They failed in logistics and my Christmas order did not arrive on time. Poor choice of courier and poor management of order tracking

Quick delivery. The only negative is that the shoes I ordered ran way too wide for my narrow feet. If an aerial view was shown, I would not have purchased them. I do love the brand selection and will be shopping this website in the future.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock shoes that were out of stock in the US. They shipped immediately and I got my order in less than a week. At first I was skeptical, but I am glad I used La Botte.
