Verified reviewI got my package smashed and the box was broken. The Lego box that I bought was wrapped only in plastic and shipped that way. It is obvious that it won’t survive the transport. I’ve contacted the customer service but not I’ve not received a response.

I had regular contact about the status of my order and it arrived extremely well packaged in perfect condition. I will definitely keep this site in mind should I need to look for other retired products not commonly sold on UK only based sites.

Verified reviewPaid an extra £9 (with the expensive postage on top) to everywhere else because they offered size 2.5 and that option was unavailable everywhere else. Arrived the morning of our holiday in size 3, no time to return or dispute but angry I paid £9 more for no reason at all. I could have ordered size 3 from numerous other outlets and saved 1/3 of the cost.
