Verified reviewZamówienie zostało złożone z myślą o urodzinach, a przewidywany czas dostawy wskazany w zamówieniu to 10-11 września. Niestety paczka dotarła dopiero 15 września, czyli 4 dni po terminie. Prezent spóźnił się na święto, а urodziny zostały zepsute. Brak terminowości i spore rozczarowanie. Nie polecam!

Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice ze zeiden dat t pakket was afgeleverd en ik contact moest opnemen met bes Zorger dus dpd dus contect opgenomen met hun en zij zeggen weer dat ik contact moet opnemen met de verzender en zo gaat t over en weer

Goeie morgen wilt u mijn antwoord nog eens lezen heb contact opgenomen maar ook zij sturen mij weer met n kluitje in t riet dus ik kan wel weer contact op nemen maar dat heeft geen zin krijg toch iedere keer t zelfde antwoord vindt t alleen zo vervelend voor de kleine meid die zich zo verheugd had op haar kado mvg wilma kitzen

Verified reviewI ordered a backpack for my daughter for the start Of the new school year. It still hasn’t arrived! When I messaged I got a bot and couldn’t speak to anyone. It said Royal Mail had said delivery was refused which is nonsense. I was told to contact Royal Mail and said I haven’t got time, I just want the bag or my money back and it’s been escalated but I’ve heard nothing. Be careful ordering from here

Verified reviewMy creeproduction of Rochelle Goyle came, she was nicely packed in a cardboard box but it was slightly busted, I’m sure since it was travelling all the way from Spain to Slovakia that some couriers just didn’t care enough to be gentle with boxes that’s why it was a bit busted resulting in the tape from the cardboard box getting stuck to the bottom of the actual monster high box which led to few pieces being torn off on the original box and the side of the box was a bit uneven but other than that the doll survived the trip and the tracking was accurate. The delivery took a bit longer but that wasn’t such a problem for me. I reccomend!
