Verified reviewGood day! I am absolutely satisfied with Idealwine's service. Wines appear here from time to time that are otherwise not so easy to find. All auctioned items were exactly as described and were shipped safely and quickly! An absolute recommendation, I will continue to buy wine from you. Best regards from Germany, M.Hartig

Verified reviewI’m not happy with the delivery service. Idealwine had a banner on the web explaining that in august, all customers have 45 days of free storage. I keep my some of my bottles of wine in their cellar for a period of 40 days, and then I had to pay an extra cost for 10 or 12 extra days. They just covered 30 days of free storage. I called them by phone and didn’t help me. So, horrible service. Somebody is lying on the web when says 45 days of free storage in august byings 🥲

Verified reviewI am not good at English. The way to communicate is e-mail only, and it took a few days to receive an answer (this time, about to combine two orders）. I hope you will hire some people who can speak Japanese.

Verified reviewThe service and delivery is just great. I think the navigation on the site concerning the whisky auction can be more clear, I tend to get lost trying to get to the whisky auction. Keep up the good works!
