Verified reviewDelivery is too expensive and so the commission. However some of wines are great for the value they sell. They can’t guarantee that a bottle is bad. I recently purchase 2 San Román Toro 2009 and both were bad.

Verified reviewPas de mention sur le colis de ce que c'est, en l'occurence du vin, donc je n'ose pas imaginer comment le colis se fait trimbaler et secouer durant le trajet. A modifier; et UPS devrait être au courant de ce qu'ils transportent pour un minimum d 'attention. Toujours le même problème avec la livraison. Pas de date fiable, la marchandise qui repart car il n'y avait personne, jamais bon pour le vin.Le vin n'est pas un colis comme un autre, il demande du soin, donc merci à Idealwine d'impliquer le transporteur et de donner des consignes quant à la prise en charge des bouteilles.

Verified reviewOverall, I think iDealwine is a fantastic platform. I buy 80% of my wines with them. They have fair prices and the platform is easy to use. My only concern is the speed of service. Some things need multiple emails back and forth in order to get some fairly simple things done. Also, there is no option to save multiple shipping addresses, which makes it hard to ship wines to different locations. Overall, I am a happy user though.

Verified reviewAs a Customer now for around 18 months, and comparing them with their competitors, I believe the range of wines offered is very wide and includes some really exceptional offerings from France as well as from Italy, the americas and the New World. The delivery performance - timeframes as well as packaging - are 'Best in Class' - though their delivery costs, outside France, are higher than their competitors and require attention. As for the condition and quality of the delivered wines, and the handling of the resulting queries and complaints, the 'Jury is out' - which is disappointing. They have 'Customer Service' issues and, therefore, still work to do to elevate themselves above Average.
