Verified reviewSadly the website didn’t reflect the actual delivery date and quantity of pads; this is extremely worrying for my father’s carers and drove me to order online and pay privately to keep the supply of overnight pads going. Happily the phone line was more helpful and it was a relief to know that supplies were coming soon.

Verified reviewVery satisfied with the service, thank you but the packaging had to be repaired by the post office as it was falling apart. I think a whole roll of tape was used as it was so badly packed.

Verified reviewI do not like the plastic on the Maxi pads. It is very sweaty and not good for the environment. Much preferred the fabric they used to be like the Super ones.

Verified reviewThe site was fine and it was clear what I ordered, but I received the wrong order. I ordered one packet of pads and got two, and ordered one packet of large pants and got four of size SMALL. Which are no good.
