Verified reviewMade an order, when i got the invoice i noticed that the wrong size was on the invoice even though i ordered correct size. Emailed straight. Got a response after products had been delivered. Now can not get a refund until dpd have collected, so down correct products and £40 and got to order from somewhere else now. Dpd were supposed to come Today but have not arrived.

Verified reviewPlease can you change your delivery process/provider. My poor elderly parents had to lug the big batch of heavy boxes into the house, they were dropped off at the front of the drive not even the doorstep. This caused a lot of pain and distress, esp as they order in bulk.
