Terrible website, I clicked to read 'customer rights' and then could not go back to complete my booking and had to start the whole process again. A few days prior to actually making this booking I'd clicked on 'save my booking' and received an email with a link to retrieve it but it had not been saved so I had to begin the whole process once again. frustrating and annoying.
