I'm very disappointed because I didn't get the Black Friday discount. I wrote a letter and they didn't respond either. I'm not happy, but this is it now.

Hi, it was all pretty straightforward. I would like if your site mentioned bringing bicycles as there is no direct information on this.

The booking process was remarkably smooth and efficient, which made planning our trip from Palermo to Naples a breeze. However, one area that could use improvement is the clarity around the differences between cabin categories at various price points. We found it challenging to distinguish what each tier offers in terms of amenities, space, or other features, which made it a bit tricky to decide which option best suited our needs. That said, the overall experience was positive—on-time travel, friendly service, and transparent pricing (aside from the cabin ambiguity) were definite highlights. With clearer information about cabin distinctions, this service would be nearly perfect. We'd still recommend it and would book again, hoping for more detailed cabin descriptions in the future.
