The only suggestion I would make is to add the option of "foot passenger" under the vehicle menu. I just left it blank.

The booking worked quite smoothly. I have used GNV several times and all on board goes very well but when it comes to loading and offloading, motorcyclists are often treated very poorly. Hence I put 3 stars. I would encourage GNV to realise that bikers lack the ability to sit comfortably, out of cold and rain like cars do. Please load motorcycles first or at least early, if at all possible.
