Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewYou were the only site selling what i wanted and to deliver to the UK cost £17 to ship for a hat. This is far to much to pay but it was for a present for someone and we had no option. Disappointing

I took a chance that the sizes available were ok for the gifts I had in mind - unfortunately not and I then had to return 2 of the items.
