Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewTerrible . I ordered ski boots which were fine but did not fit . I transacted a return which is then processed and apparently UPS damaged the goods . I am now without ski boots and £140 has not been refunded . Tried calling both UPS and Glisshop both keep saying the other is dealing with it . Would not recommend at all - will attempt another call today to try and get my money back . Go elsewhere where they care about customers and you aren’t in danger of losing your money
