Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewGood price for skis & bindings, all set up as per my instructions. Packaging for the skis is not great - a few light scratches on the skis when received - and delivery from France to UK was not the quickest. Finally, I am missing the free ski bag that was promised with my order.
