Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

It did take longer to arrive than expected but I put that down to Brexit paperwork. Would definitely recommend Glisshops and have already done so.
