Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI had an excellent experience with Glisshop, they have great selection, including binding recommendation at different price level - loved it. I pre-ordered, the order arrived well ahead of the planned delivery date. The equipment was securely packed, came in perfect condition. The only slight drawback was lack of communication with the store: I tried the website form with no response, finally calling them help. Still a great shop, highly recommended!

Verified reviewWhen looking for 'specialist' outdoor equipment it is a breath of fresh air to go to the Glisshop website and browse. The information for products is clear and understandable and any further inofrmation required can either be found in the Glisshop 'general' pages and 'tips' along with direct contact details and online chat should you have any further questions. Purchase and delivery are quick and seamless. A fantastic shop!
