Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

I was worried about having to return it as this is expensive from the UK so make sure that you have tried the product before you buy, if buying from uk but other than that. Good equipment and good delivery
