Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI received the products but didn’t inbox them as knew I had to return them. The returns process was a little unclear so had and they were returned on December 3rd 2025. I am yet to receive my refund.

Regarding your return, parcels are first collected at our UK hub and then returned to us in bulk at regular intervals. This allows us to keep return shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. As a result, the return process can take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately, due to an IT error, your parcel was not correctly scanned as received when it arrived at our warehouse. They are really quick to respond to questions and kept me up to date wirh shipping the whole way though. The equipment arrived all in perfect time for Christmas and we are very pleased with everything that arrived. Would highly recommend using this company and would not hesitate to order from them again!
