Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewmy order was not with glisshop.co.uk but Glissop France so I cannot rate .co.uk. Glissop in France were most helpful in deciding my choice of glasses although I found the delivery cost was excessive and took longer than expected. It would be more beneficial for the item to be supplied through the UK branch
